Eastwood city is regularly improving and expanding which means constant construction, whether it be new commercial towers or residential properties. With the completion of the new mall, they’re continuing to work on new towers which will no doubt be home to more business process outsourcing (BPO) companies and residents in condominum units.
The picture on the left shows the Le Grand 2 under construction which promises to to be the perfect residence for those that want a work-live-play lifestyle. Directly in front of Le Grand tower 2 is the Cybermall, to the side is a range of bars and restaurants. This tower truly will be in a great location for anything from business to pleasure.
The upkeep of this micro city is no small task. The grass is always well kept, the paving is regularly painted and each condominium tower ensures their entrance drive ways are always up to a high standard. However, some of the construction methods within Eastwood raise some interesting questions. For example, rather than painting the curbs and pathways every few months, why not just mix the color into the concrete in the first place. This would mean less up keep and would remove the issue of having slippery floors when it rains due to them being painted.
